<EFBFBD><EFBFBD>Thanks for downloading the DM DOKURO soundtrack mod for Cave Story+!

Please keep in mind that, in order to use this mod, either the "New" or "Remastered" soundtrack will need to be overwritten.


INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLING
1. Rename the included folder named "music" to either:
   * "Ogg" to replace the "New" soundtrack.
   * "Ogg11" to replace the "Remastered" soundtrack.

2. Navigate to your Cave Story+ folder.
   Dunno where to look? Here are the default loacations for Steam:
   * Windows: <Steam Install Folder>\steamapps\common\cave story+
   * Mac OS: ~/Library/Application Support/Cave Story+
   * GNU/Linux: ~/.local/share/CaveStory+

3. Make a backup of your "data" folder for safekeeping.
   This will make it much easier to remove the mod later.

4. Open "data", and then "base".

5. Place your NEWLY RENAMED "Ogg" or "Ogg11" folder within "base", replacing the existing file.

6. Boot up Cave Story+ to test the soundtrack.
   * If you replaced "Ogg", the modded soundtrack should play when the "New" soundtrack is selected.
   * If you replaced "Ogg11", the modded soundtrack should play when the "Remastered" soundtrack is selected.
